LADIES: Coleraine face DC this Thursday

COLERAINE Ladies will kick off their season on Thursday night.

Alison NIcholl's side face a tough opener against Donegal Celtic, but the girls are relishing the challenge and are looking forward to their first competitive game."We have been back in training now for the past few months. We have a few new faces on board, and the girls are looking forward to the start of the season," told Alison.

Last Thursday night Coleraine took on Linfield Reserves in a friendly at Coleraine University.

Goals from Lauren Wade (2) and Chloe McCarron helped the team to a 3-1 victory over the Windsor Park side.
